Located in Mumbai, SA Diamond rough diamond division manages sourcing, production, marketing, investment activity – everything associated with rough stones.
Our rough diamonds, sourced all over the world, all make their way to Mumbai. There, they receive strict quality control inspections and sorting.
The rough diamonds we offer include everything from “Indian goods” (the trading term for low-end commercial products) to high-end sawables and crystals in a wide range of sizes, colours, and clarity.

Nature creates stones. We create diamonds.
Each factory specialises in a particular type of rough diamond and follows the highest industry standards.
The SA diamond is the result of a close collaboration between nature and man: after nature provides the raw material, our craftsmen use their skill and sheer love for their work to produce a stone expertly cut and polished to reveal its brilliance.
All rough diamonds are studies in potential. Our job is to make the absolute most of that potential.

For each of our clients we develop a very strict quality matrix, based on cut-size-colour-clarity, to provide them with value added assortments in line with their specific set of criteria. We set the standard, and now we regularly attempt to surpass it. A network of twelve worldwide sales offices distributes our polished diamonds around the globe.
We’re well known as a supplier of choice for most high-end jewellery houses, and we work every day to continue to earn that distinction.
